How much budget do I get?
Framer covers $300 to $600 USD per meetup, depending on your expected attendance and venue setup.
What does the budget cover, and what doesn’t it?
Covered: snacks, supplies, and basic event costs like signage or a small venue fee.
Not covered: dinners, alcohol, paid speakers, sponsor costs, travel, and premium venues.
Anything outside this needs approval before the event.
How do I get reimbursed?
Keep your receipts and submit them within 5 days of the event along with your recap form. Framer processes the payment from there.
Do hosts get Framer merch?
Yes. Approved hosts receive a Framer merch pack for their event.
How long does approval take?
Apply through the form and you’ll hear back within four business days. We review each application based on local demand, host readiness, and program fit, so applying doesn’t guarantee approval. Approved hosts receive the playbook, Luma link, and perks.
