Does Framer have an app for Slack?

Framer is a website builder where you can design, publish, and collaborate on sites. With Framer’s Slack app, you can share projects and invite teammates to work on your site from the place you discuss it. Add Framer to Slack.

Install Framer for Slack

You’ll need a Slack workspace to install the app and a Framer account to work on projects. Your workspace may require an admin to approve app installations.

1. Open the Framer app installation page.

2. Choose the Slack workspace where you want to use Framer.

3. Review the permissions on Slack’s authorization screen, then approve the installation. If your workspace requires approval, ask a workspace admin to help.

4. Follow the prompts in the installation flow to finish setup.

Share a project with your team

After installing the app, open the Framer project you want to discuss and copy its project link. Share the link in Slack so your teammates can find the project alongside your conversation. Use the app’s invitation option to invite teammates to collaborate on the site.

Your teammates will need a Framer account and access to the project to work on it. For instructions on managing access, see Invite members to a workspace or project.

Troubleshooting and support

If you can’t install the app, check that you selected the right Slack workspace and that your workspace allows the installation. If a teammate can’t open a shared project, check their project access in Framer.
